In October 2003, HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau awarded 24 Title III and IV grantees a one-time, three-year award to collect and report client level data. The main goals of this project are to:
Further develop and improve the capacity of providers to collect and report client level data;
Develop educational and training materials for other providers and grantees based on data collection and clinic management lessons learned through this project; and
Develop the expertise and skills to analyze clinical and service data at the local level so that quality of care can be monitored and evaluated regularly.
